…I would say Quenchers at Noosa Junction offers some of the best breakfasts around.

Being earth friendly is important to Baz and Natasha at Quenchers Espresso Bar & Juicery, where sustainability features alongside fresh and flavoursome in their range of wraps, juices and coffees. Their take away cups are compostable and biodegradable and the pulp and coffee grinds are being composted by the ‘Little Saints’ school at Peregian Springs for their own veggie gardens. Current juice favourite is Rumble in the Jungle-beetroot, apple, carrot and ginger but you’ll need to try them all to decide for yourself.

Quench Your Thirst
The newly opened Quenchers Espresso Bar & Juicery in Noosa Junction is the culmination of 25 years’ combined experience for Baz and Natasha Riley, running cafes, bars and restaurants in the UK and Australia. Baz, Quenchers’ chief barista and juice mixer, says he is serious about drinks. The blackboard menu lists unusual drink recipes such as caramel and passionfruit or chocolate and chilli milkshakes, or a Lance smoothie of mango, banana, avocado and honey with a free-range egg. Natasha bakes treats each day including chocolate Do-Dads, Jack Flips and banana bread. ‘There is a real community atmosphere in the junction and our locally sourced ingredients aim to reflect that’, Baz said. They serve Buderim Ginger Beer and Cooroy Spring Water, use Kenilworth yoghurt and local honey in smoothies, and have pure jersey milk from Maleny and Montville Coffee which is certified organic and 100 per cent fair-trade.
